I support those who feel stuck, overwhelmed by big life changes, weighed down by self-doubt and burnout, or disconnected from their bodies, intuition, relationships, or sense of purpose. My approach is holistic and body-based, using a blend of techniques that work with the mind and body to help you get to the root of what's keeping you stuck. I guide my clients towards greater clarity, confidence, connection, and meaning in their lives.

Outside of work, I like hiking and spending time in nature, travelling, cooking and eating good food, connecting with like-hearted humans, singing, dancing, and learning. I find beauty in slow quiet mornings, deep conversations, and getting lost in new places. Nature is one of my biggest teachers.
